It all started when…

Ann Hooper is a Walla Walla artist who came to sculpting after a successful career in banking.  Her work incorporates the earthiness and subtle beauty of her Montana and Eastern Oregon roots with an eye toward whimsy in her stacked totems and figurative sculptures. Ann lives on ten acres outside of Walla Walla. Her studio is located in the rusted roof barn on the property where she can see the expansive wheat fields, Blue Mountains, and wildlife.  Greatest joys and accomplishments?  Two amazing daughters, three smart and caring granddaughters, an incredible son-in-law, and a long and happy marriage to Jon, her best friend and supporter.

Ann is part owner of Combine Art Collective in Walla Walla, WA where her work may be viewed.
